Questions
Everything people ask before ordering
What is Everfresh Creations?
Everfresh Creations is a handmade crochet studio making premium hair accessories, convertible rose necklaces and everlasting potted flowers. Every piece is crocheted by hand, one at a time, by a single maker — there is no factory and no production line. The studio ships worldwide and accepts custom colour orders on every design.
Are these genuinely handmade?
Yes. Every item is crocheted by hand from cotton yarn. A single rose takes roughly three hours and about forty grams of cotton. Because each one is worked individually, no two pieces are ever identical — small variations in tension and shape are inherent to hand crochet, not defects.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes — every design is made to order in any colour. Product names describe the design rather than a colour for exactly this reason. Send the colours you want, or a photo of the fabric you're matching, and the yarn is chosen to match.
What is a convertible rose necklace?
It is a single crocheted rose on hand-crocheted cords finished with pearl tips, worn three ways: tied at the neck as a choker, wrapped around a finger as a ring, or worn through the hair as a headband. Because the cords tie rather than clasp, one size fits everybody.
How long does a custom order take?
Most pieces are made within three to five days of the order being confirmed, then posted. Larger custom sets — matching bridal party accessories, for example — take longer, and a timeline is confirmed before any work begins.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Orders ship internationally. Hair accessories and necklaces are light and flat, so postage on them is inexpensive; potted flowers are three-dimensional and ship as a parcel.
What are the pieces made from?
Cotton yarn throughout. Depending on the design they also use elastic cores, glass seed beads, faux pearls, and florist wire in the stems of the potted flowers so the blooms can be posed.
How do I care for crochet?
Hand wash in cool water, reshape while damp, and dry flat. Do not wring or tumble dry. Cared for this way, cotton crochet lasts for years — the potted flowers need no care at all, since they never need water or light.
Why does handmade crochet cost more than a machine-made accessory?
Because the hours are real. A machine produces thousands of identical scrunchies an hour; a hand-crocheted one takes a person one to three hours to make. The price reflects that time, the cotton, and the fact that the piece is unique and made in the colour you asked for.
